📹Recording Practices
Notice and Consent
We may record tutoring sessions on Google Meet, Google Classroom, or our proprietary software. If we propose recording, we will provide clear notice and request consent from a parent or legal guardian. The recording may include audio, video, and shared screens.
Purpose and Retention
Recordings are used for instructional quality, safety, training, and progress review. Unless a different period is stated in your program details, recordings are kept for up to twelve months, then removed from active systems. Backups expire on a normal cycle. We do not use recordings for advertising without a separate written release.
Access and Sharing
Access is limited to authorized LBTL staff and contractors who need it. Parents or guardians may request a time-limited view link. We may share a recording with a service provider under confidentiality, or as required by law. Clients and students may not record, copy, or stream sessions without prior written permission.
Important
Some locations require consent from all participants before recording. We always provide notice and request consent. By continuing, you confirm that you have authority to consent for the student.
